The data are deleted automatically after a predefined period, unless the further storage is necessary for evidential purposes.

If the aim of the contact is the conclusion of a contract, the legal basis is also art. 6 section 1 clause 1(b) of the GDPR.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc., in order to ensure a sufficient data security for the transfer of forms. This is used primarily for the distinction of whether the data are entered by a natural person or improperly via mechanical and automatic processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address and possibly further data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google. The deviating data protection regulations of Google Inc. shall apply in this context. Users have the possibility to contact us via the Facebook messenger service. This is a service of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The service can be recognised by the “Facebook messenger symbol”. If the user uses this service, a direct connection will be established to the servers of Facebook. 3. Data security
We use the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the respectively – browser used by the user – highest compatible encryption level for the use of this website. Usually, this is a 256-bit encryption. If the browser used by the user is not compatible with a 256-bit encryption, we will fall back on a 128-bit v3 technology. The encrypted transmission of a page of this website can be recognised by the key or lock symbol in the status line of the browser.
