Rollwalztechnik Abele + Höltich (RWT) – the name stands for high-precision thread rolling machines, knurling machines, profile rolling machines and spline/toothed gear rolling machines.

For the thread rolling process, we design and manufacture machines whose modes of operation are based on our many years of practical and technical expertise. Already more than 700 machines for the most diverse requirements have been produced here in Hegau – from planning and development to assembly for worldwide use.

The targeted alignment to ever new, individualised customer requirements is constantly in our focus. Over the course of decades, this in turn has led to a complex range of machines, tools and dies with which we are able to cover almost all rolling technology tasks.

The combination of state-of-the-art tools and personal experience means that the RWT team is always on the lookout for and discovering new development and design solutions. Our constant endeavour is to continuously maximize the quality and longevity of machines and workpieces.

In contrast to conventional machines, RWT thread and profile rolling machines are convincing arguments with their flexible and service-friendly concepts. On the one hand, this includes our service packages in the field of maintenance, which permanently ensure smooth operation of the machines, as well as process-supplementing tools and dies. These are also custom manufactured at RWT and used, inter alia, for the production of knurled or worm profiles.
