Knurling wheels according to DIN 403
These are manufactured to a very high degree of precision. The toothing is finely milled. On request, we also supply the tools with lapped teeth for a longer life-time and a higher quality appearance to the knurl on the workpiece.
The bore and the faces are ground. RWT knurling wheels are made from HSS, hardened in a vacuum.
For processing stainless steel and high-tensile steels we also manufacture knurling wheels in HSS Co. (M42) and special materials.
A special nitriding process is available for long life-times for special applications.
